Custom Orders: As each piece is handcrafted to your specific measurements and design choices, orders cannot be canceled once production begins.

Accuracy: We strive for color accuracy, but please note that screen resolutions and hand-dyeing processes may result in slight variations.
Intellectual Property: All designs, images, and content are the property of 18 The Label and may not be used without written consent.
Return & Refund Policy
All Sales are Final.
Due to the personalized and couture nature of our garments, we do not offer returns or refunds.
Exchange Policy: Exchanges are only permitted if a product arrives damaged or with a clear manufacturing defect.

Process: Once the damage is verified, we will arrange for a repair or a one-to-one exchange of the same design.
